Pot Roast 3 Ways

My family loves pot roast. Beef, Pork it doesn't matter I think my husband would eat it every day of the week...

As you can guess with all the roast we eat it can get rather old, the same recipe all the time so here are a few variations for you to try!

Pot Roast #1

Place the roast in a slow cooker with honey bbq sauce over it, let the roast cook in its own juices as well as the sauce (do not add water). Cook for 8ish hours or until dinner time if you start it in the morning, it comes out tasting like bbq ribs! Serve with baked potato's and biscuits.

Roast #2

Season the roast with Seasoning Salt and Garlic Powder, place the roast in the slow cooker (do not add water) and pour a can of diced tomato's over the roast. Serve with Garlic Bread and french fries

Roast #3 (by far my favorite)

I got this recipe from my mother in law! Place roast in a slow cooker with 4 bay leaves, 2 chicken boullion cubes, garlic salt and onion powder and fill the slow cooker to the middle of the roast with water (about half a cup) Your house will smell amazing. Serve with biscuits and mashed potatos.

Do you and your family like pot roast? Do you use a recipe different from the one's I've provided?
