1 It is good to give thanks to the Lord,
to sing praises to the Most High.
2 It is good to proclaim your unfailing love in the morning,
your faithfulness in the evening,
3 accompanied by the ten-stringed harp
and the melody of the lyre.

Think about it...God is so good and so deserving of our praise. I guarantee if you are having a rough day or going through something, if you will sit down and begin giving thanks to God for all He has blessed you with; and if you will begin to sing to Him, before you know it you will be feeling better and your problems won't seem so heavy! Why not give it a try? What have you got to lose...a sorrowful heart...go for it, give God the praise He deserves!
