Tasty Tuesday - Crock Pot Teriyaki Chicken

I love using my crockpot!  It is so wonderful to spend a few minutes in the morning as the kids are getting ready then I am done.  When hubby comes home I don't have to rush off to cook because it is already in the crockpot and ready to eat.  Here is a delicious recipe for your crockpot.

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts - I used four for our family of six
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. teriyaki marinade
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. frozen or fresh carrots
1 bell pepper - add any other veggies you like
1 tbs sesame seeds

Put chicken broth, teriyaki marinade and brown sugar in crockpot and stir well.  Add chicken breasts already cut into large pieces, and veggies.  Sprinkle sesame seeds in.  Place crockpot on low for 8-10 hours.

Serve over rice.

How often do you use your crockpot and what's your favorite crockpot recipe?
