So Many Blessings...

Good Morning!  On this Thankful Thursday I am continuing to count my blessings for 2012.  I do hope you are joining me in this amazing endeavor!

I am thankful for...
66.  ...amazingly beautiful weather in the mid-west.

67.  ...birds of all kinds singing...even that woodpecker that decides to 'peck' on my house EVERY year!

68.  ...the amazing sunset last night.

69.  ...being able to sleep with the windows open at night.

70.  ...fresh air blowing through open windows all day long.

71.  ...dear friends with whom I can share my heart.

72.  ...a ride on our Belle (our Gold Wing motorcycle) in MARCH!

73.  ...the lives of so many ladies being touched by the Woman to Woman Morning Reflections accountability group.

74.  ...the presence of a long missed one in church on Sunday.

75.  ...the prayers of God's people as they join me in lifting needs to heaven.

76.  ...the love of ministry that God has placed within me.

77.  ...the way that God always comes through, even at the last minute, to meet our needs.

78.  ...the opportunity to share the miracles God has done in my life with the children I minister to on Sundays & Wednesdays.

79.  ...what God is doing in the lives of our Wednesday night kids.  There is nothing more amazing that watching a child 'get it.'

80.  ...a place to call home...where I can feel safe and comfortable, confident and sure.

What are you thankful for on this wonderful day that the Lord has made?  I would love to hear from you.  I pray that you will take some time to 'stop and smell the roses' today...and thank God for making them...

  1. I am thankful for my family, today. A husband who is willing to go to work everyday and so I can stay at home with our daughter. Him and I are going through a tense issue with his mother but continue to communicate a lot so no feelings are held in. Also thankful for my one year old daughter who is growing like a weed and amazing me with new things. The Lord is helping me harness my selfishness and show me that pouring some extra time into her is important.

  2. Sounds like you have much to be thankful for, Candice! Keep those lines of communication open between you and your hubby...that's a must!

You are not the only one that must harness some selfishness...I think we all battle that a little!
