Tasty Tuesday

The recipe I am going to share with you today is not one I have tried yet.  Normally I would never share something I haven't myself tried.  But when I saw it on Pinterest just the other day, I knew I had to share it with you!  I cannot wait to make it, it sounds so delicious!

Andes Mint Cookies

1 Devil's Food cake mix

1/2 cup oil

2 eggs

1 package Andes mints

Mix together cake mix, oil and eggs.  Drop by spoonful of dough onto cookie sheet.  Bake at 350* for 6-9 minutes.  Don't cook any longer than that or they will be overdone!

Take cookie sheet out of oven and while cookies are still hot, place an Andes Mint on top of each cookie.  In about five minutes, the mint will be melted.  Take a spoon and smooth out each mint like frosting.

Don't they sound incredible!?
