Fall in Love With God's Word

By: Jenifer Metzger

We've all been there. We know we are supposed to read the Bible. We want to read the Bible. But lack of time, energy, motivation, understanding, knowledge, and even confidence get in the way and rob us of what God has for us within the pages of His Word.

Brittany Ann, author and founder of Equipping Godly Women, says "What if we truly enjoyed and looked forward to time in the Word each day?" In her new book, Fall in Love with God’s Word, she helps us do exactly this!

Brittany takes a “how to” approach to help you:

-Overcome seven common obstacles preventing you from spending time in Scripture
-Determine the personalized Bible-reading outline that works best for you
-Learn fifteen easy ways to make Bible reading more meaningful and enjoyable
-Use Scripture to conquer sin, false beliefs, and negative thought patterns
-Experience fresh spiritual growth and passion for God’s Word

In Fall in Love with God’s Word, you will learn how to fall in love with the Bible and joyfully make it a part of your day. This book is perfect for women in all seasons of life and in all stages of their faith journey.

Today we are giving away a copy of Fall in Love with God’s Word to one reader. To enter to win, compete each task in the rafflecopter below.

It's time for Share A Link Wednesday! Each Wednesday we invite you to leave a link to your latest blog post in the comments. We still desire to connect women of God with one another and encourage each other in Christ. So grab a cup of coffee or glass of sweet tea, sit back and visit a few blogs. Be encouraged and share your own stories.

  1. Oh, I say all those words in the beginning of this post. Yes, I want to read God's Word regularly, to learn from it, to rededicate myself...on and on. I am sporadic yet actually doing better of late! Thanks for encouraging me this afternoon! I did not read the Bible today. Before bedtime!!
