God the Upholder

By:

Emily Miller

If you are feeling down and discouraged this week, I have a simple verse by which to encourage you by.

So do not fear, for I am with you;
    do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
    I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
-Isaiah 41:10

Cry out to Jesus. Cry out to the one who knows best and let Him know the troubles and burdens of your heart. He will uphold and strengthen you through times of trouble.

Blessings,
Emily

I would like to let you ladies know that I am stepping down from writing weekly for Women to Women. I just recently received an employment offer along the lines of what I want to do with my career. At this time, I feel as though God is leading me away from writing regularly at W2W so I can put in more time to pursue what He has called me to do. I would like to thank you ladies for reading my posts, as well as encourage you to subscribe to our monthly newsletter, where I will be writing the devotional.

It is time for the Woman to Woman Word Filled Wednesday Link Up. We desire to connect women of God with one another and encourage each other in Christ. So grab a cup of coffee or glass of sweet tea, sit back and visit a few blogs. Be encouraged and share your own stories in their comments.

Use hashtag #w2wwordfilledwednesday

Three rules to this link up:
1. Must be a {Christian} faith post.
2. Link back to W2W somewhere in your post. (Feel free to use our button if you want!)
3. Visit and comment on at least one other blog in the link up.
