Are you beating yourself up?

Have you messed up...failed God...fallen back?  We all have!  The Word of God tells us that we

all fall short of God's glory!  ("23 For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard."  Romans 3:23 NLT)  But...we don't have to fret over those bad decisions and other things that have drawn us away from our first Love!  Psalm 145:8 tells us of God's great mercy and His unfailing love!  As much as we still love our own children when they mess us, God loves us more than that!  

So when you mess up...go to your Father.  Ask for His forgiveness.  Believe that He will forgive you and then move on to what He has for you.  He forgives and then He forgets the sin...the mess up.  So...don't beat yourself up over it...MOVE ON!  

Let go of your mistakes, mess ups and failures...God has.  Embrace the positive, the good you've accomplished, the faithfulness that you have...God has!
