WEIGHT WATCHER'S EASY PEACH COBBLER - YUMMY

As I sat looking for a recipe to post here today, I found this recipe a friend posted on FaceBook.  And since Peach Cobbler is my FAVORITE...and since I am currently trying to lose some weight...and since I am having some trouble with my blood sugar...this recipe seemed this likely choice.

  5. Amazingly, I happened to have all the ingredients! I tossed my peaches in two tablespoons of flour and a dash of cinnamon and drained them for five minutes before putting them in the baking dish didn't cover it all. Also tossed in a cup of oatmeal and 4 ounces of diced cold butter into a portion of the cake mix with 1/2 cup brown sugar for the top before adding the Sprite. The 1/2 cup was way too much with the sweet cake mix and Sprite, but it was fun to make and easy!
