God cares...

Good afternoon...today I am running so far behind...I have so much to do and so little time to complete each task!  Have you ever had days like that?  Seems like they are coming more and more often these days! 

Even though I am running behind, I am thankful to God.  I am thankful that He is helping me to not 'feel' quite a frazzled as I used to.  I can't stand to be late...to anything.  I appreciate that God is helping me to deal with my many responsibilities in such a way that I don't get panicked when things don't go MY way! 

See, God is as concerned about me finishing my tasks as I am.  He, when I let Him, will extend my time and thus allow me to complete every thing I need to get done!

Today, I am also thankful for the protection of God.  There has been the threat of severe thunderstorms in our area today.  For a while we had wicked scary looking skies.  There was some huge thunder crashes and a short torrential downpour.  I prayed that I would NOT lose electricity...so much to do, you remember {smiles}...and God is good...the downpour stopped, there hasn't been any thunder in a while and the clouds have parted...at least for now.

Yes, God is good and I am ever thankful for His goodness!
