Tasty Tuesday

If you are looking for a yummy, yummy dessert...this is just the ticket!  It is so easy to make and it is so good!

1 1/2 sticks butter
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (29 oz.) cans sliced peaches, drained
Cinnamon, optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 13" x 9" pan.
Place butter in pan and put in oven until melted.  Remove pan from oven.
Mix flour, sugar, milk, vanilla and cinnamon (optional) in large bowl.
Pour batter over melted butter in pan.  Do Not Stir.
Drop drained peaches on top.  Do Not Stir.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until set.

Top with ice cream, if desired.

I truly hope that you will give this delicious and easy dessert a try.  Once you do...you will be making it all the time!  You can also substitute other canned fruits for the peaches!  The possibilities are endless!

Have a great day!
