Peanut Butter Chocolate Latte

Recipe courtesy of InsideBrewCrewLife.com

I am not a coffee drinker. AT ALL. In fact, I don't even like the smell of coffee. But if anything were to make me want to drink it, this recipe is it. It can't taste bad when peanut butter is involved, right? As a non coffee drinker, I really try to stay away from anything that would even resemble the taste of it. But this recipe caught my eye and now I want to try it. So coffee drinkers and non coffee drinkers alike, I encourage you to try this recipe. It looks tasty! Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk (I use fat free)
  • 4 Tablespoons Reese's Chocolate Peanut Butter Spread
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
  • Cool Whip
  • sprinkles, optional

Instructions:
  1. Heat the milk and Reese's spread over medium heat until dissolved and the milk is heated through. Do not let it boil. Remove from the heat and use a frother to create foam. You can also use a blender for this.
  2. Pour the frothed milk into a cup. Pour the coffee gently into one side of the milk. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkles, if desired. Serve immediately.
Note:

*You can use any chocolate peanut butter spread if you can't find the Reese's brand.
