Cheese. Soup. What?!

There is nothing I love better than Panera Bread's Broccoli Cheese Soup in a bread bowl. Oh my goodness talk about yummy in your tummy lol. So I was surfing on pinterest the other night and I found a recipe for this soup and I thought to myself maybe other people like broccoli Cheese soup too! So here you go, this is a good thing for bread dippers too or chip dip or whatever it's SO good!

For this recipe you will need:

A Crockpot/slow cooker
1/2 cup chopped green pepper (optional)
2 tblspn butter/margarin
1 10 oz can of cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cup milk
1 lb velvetta cheese cubed
1 package frozen broccoli

Saute green pepper and a little onion and then throw all the ingredients in a slow cooker and let cook for 3-4 hours on LOW. Serve this in a bread bowl or however you want really. It's so yummy, hope you like it!!
