I wanted to be someone my hubby wanted to be around!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09463134683154047126noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2766259787611337956.post-28291241745483282332011-03-21T12:56:32.980-05:002011-03-21T12:56:32.980-05:00haha...I don't have this problem with my husba...haha...I don't have this problem with my husband...if anything my husband should be nagging me about putting my shoes away! I usually accumulate 2 or 3 pairs on the stairs :) I've always thought this was good advice, we need to "pick our battles carefully". Somethings are just not worth getting all stressed out about.Eileenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08759685086052787602noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2766259787611337956.post-91433388570116898572011-03-21T11:59:06.123-05:002011-03-21T11:59:06.123-05:00I'm a big nag, John will leave his shoes in th...I'm a big nag, John will leave his shoes in the middle of the floor so I will stub my toes on them or He will leave his clothes in the middle of the bedroom floor ~ yes I'm a big nag BUT God is working on me and I'm not so bad anymore I've loosened up a lot more and I know John is appreciative of me not riding his back so much.Mandyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00564019412225171134noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2766259787611337956.post-40209226709894639122011-03-21T10:06:45.582-05:002011-03-21T10:06:45.582-05:00I know I am guilty of this, but I'm trying to ...I know I am guilty of this, but I'm trying to be better. I'm thinking more about how I would feel if my husband talked to me the way I sometimes talk to Him. I will do it but most of the time thinking to myself, one of these first days will never come. I am thankful that I have him to pick up after but I still get angry but say it to myself. Thanks for a great reminder.Deanehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13818611567172929238noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2766259787611337956.post-69504118743227645762011-03-21T08:25:22.596-05:002011-03-21T08:25:22.596-05:00What a great reminder NOT to be that nag nobody wa...What a great reminder NOT to be that nag nobody wants to live with. I am guilty of being that nag around the house. But instead I'm trying really hard to praise God that I have a husband to pick up after. Thankful he has a good job to wear those shoes too. Trying to focus on the blessing rather than the inconvenience is helping me. Great post today girl!:)Kellihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10062849571258294422noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2766259787611337956.post-81902668476432800172011-03-21T07:36:38.254-05:002011-03-21T07:36:38.254-05:00I used to have the same problem...well, not exactl...I used to have the same problem...well, not exactly. He still leaves his shoes by his chair in the living room...he reasons he is going to put them on again the next day. Anyway, I don't worry about it any more. He even has gotten to the place where he helps with dinner dishes. He is doing laundry some, too. It's amazing! I try not to nag and I fail sometimes. But, more than anything, I want to have a peaceful, God-filled home. Thank you for reminding me to watch that I don't nag! Have a great day!Debihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05915464515200570565noreply@blogger.com
